MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND HEALTH RECORDS. The Executive shall submit to such medical examinations by a doctor selected by the Managing Director as may reasonably be required by the Managing Director from time to time. The Executive authorises the Company to make applications on his behalf for access to any health records relating to him for the purposes of Section 3 of the Access to Health Records Act 0000, xxovided that the Executive is given prior notice of any application being made. Copies of any health records provided to the Managing Director as a result of any application shall be made available to the Executive. The fees and expenses incurred in the provision of any medical examination and of obtaining access to the health records shall be borne by the Company.
