Medical Services Plan and Extended Health Benefits. (i) After the completion of six (6) months' service, all employees covered by this Agreement shall be eligible for the Medical Services Plan and the Extended Health Benefits Plan. The Extended Health Benefits Plan includes coverage for the services of a Clinical Psychologist to a maximum of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per person annually. The Corporation will pay 100% of the monthly premium of the two plans for all eligible members of the Fire Department.
