Medical Staff Office. Within sixty (60) days from the ratification of this Agreement, the Hospital will designate a contact person in the Medical Staff Office for APNs to serve as an information resource regarding issues such as the provision of documents pertaining to Collaborative Practice Agreements, as well as other issues relating to an APN’s practice at the Hospital.
