MEETING COMPENSATION. Required disciplinary/parent conferences will be held either thirty (30) minutes pre or post Drivers scheduled run. Any disciplinary/parent conferences will be compensated at the Driver’s regular hourly rate. Disciplinary/parent conferences are ones held in person at a school site between parent(s), Driver, site administrator and transportation representative (if available). Disciplinary/parent conferences exclude telephone contact/conference between parent(s) and Driver.

MEETING COMPENSATION. The ACTC Board is authorized to fix a reasonable sum to be paid elected officials for attendance at ACTC Board and committee meetings and meetings of other agencies while on ACTC business. Such compensation shall cover mileage and other costs associated with meeting attendance.
MEETING COMPENSATION. Once Executive is no longer also an Employee, so long as he continues as a Director of Company, he shall be entitled to receive $1,000 per Board meeting attended, and $500 per Board committee meeting attended, regardless of whether attendance is in person or by telephone.
MEETING COMPENSATION. Any employee who, on non-duty hours, attends City Council meetings, Planning Commission meetings, or other City related meetings, as required, for the purpose of taking minutes shall be paid a minimum of three (3) hours per meeting at time and one-half.

  • Director Compensation Petitioner shall not compensate members of the Charter School’s Governing Board in excess of reasonable expenses incurred in connection with actual attendance at board meetings or with performance of duties associated therewith.

  • Basic Compensation An employee, at the employee's option, may report to court when subpoenaed or remain on call. If the employee elects to appear in court, the division supervisor must be notified, at the latest, one administrative day prior to the scheduled court appearance. If the employee wishes to remain on call, the employee must be able to appear in court not more than one hour after being notified that the employee's appearance is required in court. To appear in court more than an hour after having been notified will void the employee's right to on-call compensation. An employee need not remain at home, but must be available for telephonic notification at a location where the supervisor knows the employee can be reached.

  • Salary Compensation As salary compensation for Employee's services hereunder and all the rights granted hereunder by Employee to the Company, the Company shall pay Employee a gross salary of not less than $175,000 during the term of this Agreement. Employee's salary shall be payable in bi-weekly increments in accordance with the Company's payroll practices for salaried employees, upon the condition that Employee fully and faithfully performs Employee's services hereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Company shall deduct and withhold from the compensation payable to Employee hereunder any and all amounts required to be deducted or withheld by the Company under the provisions of any statute, regulation, ordinance, or order and any and all amendments hereinafter enacted requiring the withholding or deducting from compensation payable to employees.
