Meeting Contract DBE Goal. Report attainment toward meeting the Contract DBE goal by submitting monthly, all DBE participation, to the Department’s RE and DCR/AA Contract Compliance Unit using the CR-267 – Monthly Report of Utilization of DBE/ESBE or SBE form. The form is due by the 5th of the month, and must list all DBEs used on the Contract to meet the Contract goal, the specific Contract work items each DBE is performing, whether the DBE is performing full or partial work on the items, and the amount paid to each DBE each month. Failure to report the information, and accurately report it may result in payment being delayed or withheld as specified in Section 105, assessing sanctions, or termination of the Contract as specified in Section 108.

  • DBE Goal A portion of the total contract, expressed as a percentage, that is to be performed by committed DBE subcontractor(s). Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) - A firm certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise through the North Carolina Unified Certification Program. Goal Confirmation Letter - Written documentation from the Department to the bidder confirming the Contractor's approved, committed DBE participation along with a listing of the committed DBE firms.

  • Performance Meetings During a meeting on performance, the parties will:

  • Meeting Frequency SICM shall be held monthly unless otherwise agreed upon by all Parties. Meeting dates shall be determined by NCDEQ after consultation with the Parties. The meeting shall consist of updates and other pertinent information provided by each Party.

  • Meeting Schedule Committees shall meet when necessary, but not more than once each calendar quarter, unless mutually agreed otherwise.

Provides access to the closed session minutes at a reasonable time and place without disrupting District operations; 2. Supervises the access to the closed session minutes or delegates it to one of the following individuals in the District: a. The Recording Secretary, b. The Superintendent or designated administrator, or c. Any elected Board member; and 3. Logs the access in 2:220-E7, Access to Closed Meeting Minutes and Verbatim Recordings.

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Meeting Space The Union may request use of State property to hold meetings. Where feasible, the Employer will provide such space. Such meetings will not interrupt state work and will not involve employees who are working. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied.

  • Attainment on Performance Indicators The District will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs offered in its schools and ensuring that those programs meet or exceed state and local expectations for levels of attainment on the statewide performance indicators, as specified in 1 CCR 301-1.

  • Meeting Minutes The Secretary of the Council (or the Secretary’s designee) shall be responsible for the minutes of each meeting of the Members and such meeting minutes will be provided to the public no later than thirty (30) days after such meeting minutes are accepted by a majority of the Members.
