Meeting During the Grievance Process. Employee Presenting Grievance Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant to an employee: (a) where the Employer originates a meeting with the employee who has presented the grievance, leave with pay for the duration of the meeting held during working hours; (b) where an employee who has presented a grievance seeks to meet with the Employer, leave with pay to the employee when the meeting is held during working hours; and (c) when mutually agreed by the parties, in cases where more than one employee has grieved on the same subject and all grievors are represented by the Institute that one meeting will serve the interests of all grievors
