Meeting Fees. For in-person attendance to a Board meeting during the Directorship Term, the Director shall receive $300.00 USD as compensation. For remote attendance to a Board meeting during the Directorship Term, the Director shall receive $150.00 USD as compensation.
Meeting Fees. The Company will pay to Director a fee of $1,250 for each formal Board and Committee meeting in which Director participates, either in person or by teleconference (“Meeting Fees”).

Meeting Fees. Director shall receive a fee of $1,000.00, payable in cash, for each quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors. Unless otherwise provided by the Board, no fee is payable with respect to attendance at any other meeting of the Board of Directors, including special meetings, or committee meetings.

Meeting Fees. The Director shall not be entitled to any fee for attending in-person meetings of the Board or board committees unless the number of such in-person meetings held in any year exceeds a normal number, in which case the Director will be entitled to a fee of US$[NUMBER] for each additional in-person meeting held; provided that, if more than one additional in-person meeting is held on the same day or days, the Director will be entitled to one fee of US$[NUMBER] for each day on which additional in person meetings are held. Generally, the normal annual numbers of Board and Board committee in-person meetings are as follows: Audit Committee-between five and seven; Nominating and Corporate governance Committee-between four and five; Compensation Committee- between four and six; and Board-between five and seven. Also, generally, regular Board and board committee in-person meetings are held on the same day or days.
Meeting Fees. Director shall receive and accept the following additional compensation for service as a Director and Committee member:
a. For each Board of Directors' meeting attended by Director, either in person or by telephonic conference, Director shall be paid $1,000, which shall be payable in shares of common stock of the Company.
b. For each Committee meeting attended by Director, either in person or by telephonic conference, Director shall be paid $500, which shall be payable in shares common stock of the Company. The number of shares issuable shall be determined by dividing $1,000 in the case of a Board of Directors meeting, and $500 in the case of a Committee meeting, by the per share price of the Company's common stock quoted at the close of business on the date of such meeting or the last business day preceding such meeting if held on a weekend or a legal holiday. In the event any fractional share shall result, any fractional share shall be rounded to the nearest whole number of shares.
Meeting Fees. Each Independent Director shall be paid meeting fees for attending meetings of the Board or its committees (the “Meeting Fees”). The amount of the Meeting Fees shall be established from time to time by the Board. Until changed by the Board, the meeting fee for attending a meeting of the Board, or a committee thereof, shall be as follows:
Meeting Fees. Each Nonemployee Director shall be paid a cash meeting fee in an amount determined by the Directors and listed on Exhibit A, the most current version of which shall be attached hereto, for board meetings attended by such Nonemployee Director, whether in person or by telephone, so long as such Nonemployee Director is in attendance for a substantial portion of such meeting. A Nonemployee Director shall be reimbursed for the reasonable expenses incurred to attend board meetings.
Meeting Fees. Effective as of the Distribution Date or other date as mutually agreed upon by Allegheny and Supply Holdco, Supply Holdco shall establish meeting fee schedules which shall be comparable to the Allegheny meeting fee schedules.
