Meeting Times. A. Conferences and hearings held under this procedure shall be conducted at a time and place which will afford a fair and reasonable opportunity for all persons entitled to be present to attend. B. If a grievance hearing, at any step, or an arbitration hearing is held during working time, the grievant(s) and the Federation representatives shall be released with pay.
