Meeting with Complainant. The employee or College administrator may request a meeting with the complainant(s). In such case, the College administrator in charge of processing the complaint will convey that request to the complainant unless there are other reasons why such meeting should not be scheduled. The meeting will proceed at the option of the complainant(s). Regardless of the results of any meeting involving the complainant(s) and the employee, the College is not precluded from proceeding to disciplinary action (written reprimand, suspension, or dismissal) if there is just cause for discipline.
