Member Operational Support of Xxxxx. Each Member shall provide to Xxxxx the managerial skills, expertise, and available resources to permit Xxxxx to operate the public safety-net hospital in Nueces County, Texas. While CHRISTUS Health and the Xxxxx Board of Directors shall provide management personnel for the day-to-day operations of Xxxxx, both Members shall advise Xxxxx, through its Board of Directors, on steps that can be taken to improve the delivery of healthcare services to the Indigent residents of Nueces County, Texas who present for hospital, clinic, and certain medical services at the Nueces County Facilities and other Xxxxx facilities.

BellSouth shall provide access to the OSS through manual and/or electronic interfaces as described in this Attachment. It is the sole responsibility of Max-Tel to obtain the technical capability to access and utilize BellSouth’s OSS interfaces. Specifications for Max-Tel ’s access and use of BellSouth’s electronic Version R4Q01: 12/01/01 interfaces are set forth at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx and are incorporated herein by reference.

  • Branding for Operator Call Processing and Directory Assistance 8.4.1 BellSouth's branding feature provides a definable announcement to Telepak Networks end users using Directory Assistance (DA)/ Operator Call Processing (OCP) prior to placing such end users in queue or connecting them to an available operator or automated operator system. This feature allows Telepak Networks’ name on whose behalf BellSouth is providing Directory Assistance and/or Operator Call Processing. Rates for the branding features are set forth in Exhibit D.
