Member Rights and Obligations. In case of a data breach, including hacking or loss of data, ISBT will, according to the GDPR, inform members of this within 72 hours.
Member Rights and Obligations. 3.1. Members are entitled to use the Premises as specified in the Agreement, and the Provider is obligated to provide the agreed-upon Services to the Member.
3.2. Members can exercise their rights from the first day of the Membership Term throughout its duration.
3.3. After concluding the Agreement and fulfilling the obligations under Article 5.1 of these Conditions, the Member will be registered in the Provider's reservation system. The Member will receive login credentials.
3.4. Once the conditions from the previous section are met, the Member will be issued a chip that allows access to the Premises. The chips, keys, and other similar items used to gain physical access to the Premises remain the property of the Provider.
3.5. The Member is obliged and commits to comply with the Operational Rules in their updated version.
Member Rights and Obligations. 2.1 Individual Members (including ‘’Exempt members’’)
2.1.1 ISBT requests you to supply (and where needed, to update) the following information:
1. Name, address and contact details;
2. Date of birth;
Member Rights and Obligations. All Members (i) shall share in each item of Net Profit and Net Loss and other items of income, gain, loss and deduction as provided in this Article IV; (ii) shall be entitled to distributions, if any, out of funds legally available therefor, as provided in Section 4.5; (iii) shall have no conversion or exchange rights; (iv) shall, subject to Section 3.1, be entitled to one vote per Unit on matters submitted to a vote or for consent of the Members; (v) shall, in no event, be entitled, in its capacity as a Member, to demand any property from the Company other than its share of any distribution declared by the Company pursuant to Section 4.5; and (vi) without the prior written consent of the Company, shall not be entitled to withdraw all or any part of its Capital Contributions except as expressly provided herein. No interest or accrual shall be payable by the Company on the Capital Contributions of any Member except as expressly provided herein.
Member Rights and Obligations. Member shall have all of the rights of membership in Company set forth in the Charter which are applicable to Member, based on Member’s membership in Company and ownership of certain classes of stock of Company. Member acknowledges and agrees that different categories of membership and ownership exist with respect to Company, and Company shall be the ultimate determiner, acting reasonably, of Member’s membership eligibility and rights. Member shall have all of the duties and obligations of membership set forth herein and in the Charter. Except as specified in or limited by the Charter, as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, or as otherwise required by applicable law, the membership rights and obligations of Member and Company shall be as determined by Company, acting reasonably.
