Membership Term definition

Membership Term means the 5-year term of validity of the Membership as discussed in Clause 2.3;
Membership Term means the period during which you hold your Membership being the period from the Commencement Date until the Expiry Date (or earlier if your Membership is cancelled in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions).
Membership Term means the 10-year term of validity of the Membership collectively enjoyed by the Core Member / Next Member as discussed in Clause 2.4;

Examples of Membership Term in a sentence

  • A maximum of 5 forms of membership shall be allowed: Full Year Student Membership, Term 1 Student Membership, Term 2/3 Student Membership, Full Year Non-Student Membership, and one other relevant membership if required.

  • Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment.

  • At the conclusion of the Membership Term, membership in the Program will be renewed automatically and the Membership Fee for an additional term will be charged directly against the Member's checking account, credit card account or as otherwise directed by the Member at the time of enrollment, as applicable unless the Member notifies AAA or their designated administrator by providing written notification prior to the new Membership Term that he/she wishes to cancel his/her membership in the Program.

  • Optional coverage, regardless of date of purchase will continue only through the Membership Term.

  • The Privileges under the Membership are subject to partial or complete suspension upon the Company’s absolute discretion, if during the Membership Term (discussed in Clause 2.4), there incurs any Penalty Charge and/or other fees for which the Core Member / Next Member are jointly and severally responsible but fail to fully settle within the due date so specified in the invoice.


More Definitions of Membership Term

Membership Term means the period of membership starting on (the “Start Date”) and ending months later.
Membership Term means the one-year period commencing on the Membership Commencement Date (or each anniversary thereof upon Renewal of a Membership) and ending the day before the next anniversary of the Membership Commencement Date.

This membership agreement means the agreement between you and us which arises when you submit your application for membership, and includes your membership details and these Terms. Your membership details are the details about your membership that we send to you after you submit your application for membership. we, us means your Fernwood Home Club. you, your means the person who is specified as the member in your membership details.
Membership Term. For members joining through September 30, 2015, membership is valid through September 30, 2016. For applications received after September 30, 2015, membership is for 12 months from the membership admission date. Membership rights and privileges begin upon receipt of the completed application and payment in full. See below for payment terms. Primary Business Contact: This is the contact from your organization assigned to be the lead voting contact for the membership on behalf of your company. (All legal and financial notices from HPDC will be sent to this e-mail address unless the member directs otherwise)
Membership Term is the period of months specified on the membership application form, during which the Agreement cannot be terminated by the member. This is a minimum of 3 or 12 full monthly payments. Discounted, Referral Credit, Credit or Pro-Rata part months do not count towards the Membership Term.
