A maximum of 5 forms of membership shall be allowed: Full Year Student Membership, Term 1 Student Membership, Term 2/3 Student Membership, Full Year Non-Student Membership, and one other relevant membership if required.
Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment.

The Privileges under the Membership are subject to partial or complete suspension upon the Company’s absolute discretion, if during the Membership Term (discussed in Clause 2.4), there incurs any Penalty Charge and/or other fees for which the Core Member / Next Member are jointly and severally responsible but fail to fully settle within the due date so speciﬁed in the invoice.

More Definitions of Membership Term

Membership Term means the period of membership starting on (the “Start Date”) and ending months later.
