Examples of Membership Term in a sentence
A maximum of 5 forms of membership shall be allowed: Full Year Student Membership, Term 1 Student Membership, Term 2/3 Student Membership, Full Year Non-Student Membership, and one other relevant membership if required.
Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment.
At the conclusion of the Membership Term, membership in the Program will be renewed automatically and the Membership Fee for an additional term will be charged directly against the Member's checking account, credit card account or as otherwise directed by the Member at the time of enrollment, as applicable unless the Member notifies AAA or their designated administrator by providing written notification prior to the new Membership Term that he/she wishes to cancel his/her membership in the Program.
Optional coverage, regardless of date of purchase will continue only through the Membership Term.
The Privileges under the Membership are subject to partial or complete suspension upon the Company’s absolute discretion, if during the Membership Term (discussed in Clause 2.4), there incurs any Penalty Charge and/or other fees for which the Core Member / Next Member are jointly and severally responsible but fail to fully settle within the due date so specified in the invoice.
