Xxxx Xxxxxx, Director English Department Budget & Finance Xxxxxxxxx Xxx Xxx Languages, Lit & Int Studies This Memorandum of Understanding executed between Northern Michigan University, and the Northern Michigan University Chapter of the American Association of University Professors, the recognized bargaining unit agent for certain faculty employed by the University, whereas the parties agree as follows: Term faculty in the counseling and consultation services department may be converted to Continuing Contract Status by mutual agreement of the department faculty, department head, and xxxx. Such appointments do not require six (6) years of term appointments as specified in 5.1.2 of the Master Agreement. This Memorandum of Understanding executed between Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the Board), and the Northern Michigan University Chapter of the American Association of University Professors (hereinafter referred to as the Association).
