MEMBERSHIP IN THE UNION. 5.01 All employees of the Region as outlined in Article 2, shall be eligible for union membership on a voluntary basis. 5.02 The Region agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Union Agreement is in effect. New employees shall be presented with a copy of this Agreement.
