MEMBERSHIP UNIT LISTS. The executive director will furnish COHE a list of names and residential addresses of bargaining unit members, compiled as of each October 1 and February 15. ▇▇▇▇▇ will be forwarded by the executive director to the UniServ director of COHE on or before the 15th of the following month. The executive director and COHE will discuss any disputes of names included or not included on the list, in order to resolve their status. In the event that the executive director and ▇▇▇▇ cannot resolve a dispute regarding membership in the bargaining unit within forty (40) working days, the name(s) in the dispute will be submitted to the Division of Labor and Management for determination of the status of the person(s) in dispute.
