Merchandise Sales. All event merchandise sales (e.g. apparel, photography) must utilize vendors approved and licensed through MH. For example, all apparel bearing the registered MH name and/or trademarked logo must be purchased through the licensed MH vendor. Contact the MH Executive Director for a list of approved vendors. Proceeds from merchandise sales will be collected by MH to offset tournament expenses.

Merchandise Sales. The Contractor may sell merchandise at the event with no amount of the profit benefiting Macalester, with the exception of book sales.
Merchandise Sales. Licensee shall secure a University Sales Permit in order to sell merchandise, including, without limitation, programs, t-shirts, posters, CDs and DVDs related to the Event on University property. Merchandise Sales. It is the policy of Xxxxxxxx Fine Arts Center to permit the sale of souvenir programs, records, books, or any related merchandise commonly sold or dispensed in the lobby. The location of the tables for merchandise sales will be in the main lobby next to the center gates of Xxxxxxxxx Gallery. If such items are sold, User will pay a commission to Millikin of 20% of gross sales if User provides sellers or 30% if Millikin provides sellers, as a commission payable at the end of the event. A beginning and ending inventory will be conducted by a representative of the Director. It is the sole responsibility of the User to pay any and all sales taxes. Sales of souvenir programs, art catalogs, recordings, books and other items are limited to the lobby and cannot be sold in the theatre or outside of the building. Xxxxxxxx University, through the Director of Xxxxxxxx Fine Arts Center, reserves the right to prohibit distribution or sale of any material it deems inappropriate.
Merchandise Sales. Xxxxx also agrees to allow the Artist to sell their own merchandise including but not limited to: Audio CDs, T Shirts, Wristbands, Guitar Pics, Artist Photos etc. before, during, and after the Performance with no commissions or sales percentages due to the venue, or the buyer or any other entity. Xxxxx also agrees to provide artist with basic items needed to accommodate a “Merch Table” in a well light, high foot traffic area inside the Venue.

Merchandise Sales. The Center will retain 15% of all such sales. All such activity including placement of merchandise and signage shall be at the sole discretion of the Center. No tables will be placed in the lobbies of the Center without the permission of the Director of the Center. The Center can provide sellers on request by the Artist and provide a cash box for sales, but cannot provide a credit card machine. Ford Center lobby furnishings and appointments are not to be disturbed in any manner. Nothing shall be attached to any wall surface in the lobby or theatre spaces in any manner whatsoever.
Merchandise Sales. USER shall have no right or privilege to sell UNF merchandise or merchandise bearing UNF logos, designs, trademarks, service marks, symbols, initials, name or other indicia and will not sell merchandise in violation of the following exclusive rights granted by UNIVERSITY to Xxxxxxx Corporation to buy, sell, and distribute on the University’s campus in Jacksonville, Florida and through e-commerce and catalogues, textbooks, emblematic clothing and gifts, school/office supplies, class rings, graduation regalia and announcements, course-adopted software, and paper/electronic customer anthologies and any other merchandise and services traditionally offered in university bookstores. USER will maintain records of all merchandise sales conducted in connection with this Agreement, will collect and remit all State of Florida sales tax attributable thereto and maintain records thereof, and will, upon reasonable notice, permit UNIVERSITY’s inspection and audit of all such records.
Merchandise Sales. HOST may purchase exclusively discounted D2S merchandise to sell onsite. No refunds will be made by D2S for unsold merchandise. HOST will keep all merchandise revenue, and provide D2S with simple sales numbers. Selling merchandise is optional, and HOST is solely responsible for complying with any lawful reporting and taxes due.
