Method of Valuation and Frequency of Valuation. In computing the amount in any fund or account (except defeasance escrows), Permitted Investments shall be valued at the market price, exclusive of accrued interest. With respect to all funds and accounts (except defeasance escrows, and except as otherwise provided in the Tax Certificate with respect to the Rebate Fund), valuation shall occur as of December 31 of each year.

Method of Valuation and Frequency of Valuation. In computing the amount in any fund or account, Qualified Investments shall be valued at market, exclusive of accrued interest. With respect to all funds and accounts, valuation shall occur annually, except in the event of a withdrawal from the Debt Service Reserve Fund, whereupon securities shall be valued immediately after such withdrawal.
