Microsoft Silverlight. The requirements in this section “Microsoft Silverlight” only apply if the Microsoft Silverlight product is used to provide the Content Protection System. Microsoft Silverlight is approved for streaming if using Silverlight 4 or later version. The requirements in this section “Apple http live streaming” only apply if Apple http live streaming is used to provide the Content Protection System. Licensee shall migrate from use of the Apple-provisioned key management and storage for http live streaming (“HLS”) (implementations of which are not governed by any compliance and robustness rules nor any legal framework ensuring implementations meet these rules) to use (for the protection of keys used to encrypt HLS streams) of an industry accepted DRM or secure streaming method which is governed by compliance and robustness rules and an associated legal framework, within a mutually agreed timeframe. Http live streaming on iOS devices may be implemented either using applications or using the provisioned Safari browser. The URL from which the m3u8 manifest file is requested shall be unique to each requesting client. The m3u8 manifest file shall only be delivered to requesting clients/applications that have been authenticated in some way as being an authorized client/application. The streams shall be encrypted using AES-128 encryption (that is, the METHOD for EXT-X-KEY shall be ‘AES-128’). The content encryption key shall be delivered via SSL (i.e. the URI for EXT-X-KEY, the URL used to request the content encryption key, shall be a https URL). Output of the stream from the receiving device shall not be permitted unless this is explicitly allowed elsewhere in the schedule. No APIs that permit stream output shall be used in applications (where applications are used). The client shall NOT cache streamed media for later replay (i.e. EXT-X-ALLOW-CACHE shall be set to ‘NO’). iOS implementations (either applications or implementations using Safari and Quicktime) of http live streaming shall use APIs within Safari or Quicktime for delivery and display of content to the greatest possible extent. Protection Against Hacking Playback licenses, revocation certificates, and security-critical data shall be cryptographically protected against tampering, forging, and spoofing. The Content Protection System shall employ industry accepted tamper-resistant technology on hardware and software components (e.g., technology to prevent such hacks as a clock rollback, spoofing, use of common debugging tools, and intercepting unencrypted content in memory buffers). Licensor acknowledges that the approved Content Protection System for the Licensed Cable Service is a proprietary system which is owned and controlled by Scientific Atlanta for the Province of Ontario and Motorola for the Atlantic Provinces. Each vendor’s tamper-resistant technology within the hardware and software components is not within the public domain. Licensor deems the conditional access systems of Scientific Atlanta and Motorola to comply with the tamper resistant techniques outlined in subsection 9.4 below. [TJW: can we accept this system for early window content?] The Content Protection System shall be designed, as far as is commercially and technically reasonable, to be resistant to “break once, break everywhere” attacks. The Content Protection System shall employ tamper-resistant software. Examples of tamper resistant software techniques include, without limitation: Code and data obfuscation: The executable binary dynamically encrypts and decrypts itself in memory so that the algorithm is not unnecessarily exposed to disassembly or reverse engineering.

Filtering Licensor Content from Un-trusted Sources The Licensed Service shall make best efforts to prevent the unauthorized delivery and distribution of Licensor’s content from un-trusted sources (for example, user-generated / user-uploaded content) using an approved filtering technology.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • By Microsoft Microsoft will defend Customer against any third-party claim to the extent it alleges that a Product or Fix made available by Microsoft for a fee and used within the scope of the license granted under this agreement (unmodified from the form provided by Microsoft and not combined with anything else), misappropriates a trade secret or directly infringes a patent, copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of a third party. If Microsoft is unable to resolve a claim of infringement under commercially reasonable terms, it may, as its option, either: (1) modify or replace the Product or fix with a functional equivalent; or (2) terminate Customer’s license and refund any prepaid license fees (less depreciation on a five-year, straight-line basis) for perpetual licenses and any amount paid for Online Services for any usage period after the termination date. Microsoft will not be liable for any claims or damages due to Customer’s continued use of a Product or Fix after being notified to stop due to a third- party claim.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Z-Tel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Z-Tel’s own use) must be purchased by Z-Tel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs. 2.2 Z-Tel shall not resell: 2.2.1 Residential service to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service from Verizon (including, but not limited to, business or other nonresidential Customers); 2.2.2 Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested service offerings, to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; 2.2.3 Grandfathered or discontinued service offerings to persons not eligible to subscribe to such service offerings from Verizon; or 2.2.4 Any other Verizon service in violation of a restriction stated in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, a Verizon Tariff) that is not prohibited by Applicable Law. 2.2.5 In addition to any other actions taken by Z-Tel to comply with this Section 2.2, Z-Tel shall take those actions required by Applicable Law to determine the eligibility of Z-Tel Customers to purchase a service, including, but not limited to, obtaining any proof or certification of eligibility to purchase Lifeline, Link Up America, or other means-tested services, required by Applicable Law. Z-Tel shall indemnify Verizon from any Claims resulting from Z-Tel’s failure to take such actions required by Applicable Law. 2.2.6 Verizon may perform audits to confirm Z-Tel’s conformity to the provisions of this Section 2.2. Such audits may be performed twice per calendar year and shall be performed in accordance with Sections 4.4.2 through 4.4.4 of the General Terms and Conditions. 2.3 Z-Tel shall be subject to the same limitations that Verizon’s Customers are subject to with respect to any Telecommunications Service that Verizon grandfathers or discontinues offering. Without limiting the foregoing, except to the extent that Verizon follows a different practice for Verizon Customers in regard to a grandfathered Telecommunications Service, such grandfathered Telecommunications Service: (a) shall be available only to a Customer that already has such Telecommunications Service; (b) may not be moved to a new service location; and, (c) will be furnished only to the extent that facilities continue to be available to provide such Telecommunications Service. 2.4 Z-Tel shall not be eligible to participate in any Verizon plan or program under which Verizon Customers may obtain products or services which are not Verizon Telecommunications Services, in return for trying, agreeing to purchase, purchasing, or using, Verizon Telecommunications Services. 2.5 In accordance with 47 CFR § 51.617(b), Verizon shall be entitled to all charges for Verizon Exchange Access services used by interexchange carriers to provide service to Z-Tel Customers.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
