Licensor Content definition

Licensor Content means collectively, the Included Programs, trailers, metadata, Advertising Materials, marks and logos and all other material delivered or made available by Licensor or approved by Licensor in accordance with this Agreement.
Licensor Content means, collectively, all materials, data, and similar information collected and owned by Licensor, which is a collection of HTML files and certain related scripts, as further described in Exhibit B attached hereto, including, without limitation, all Enhancements.

Examples of Licensor Content in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed that Yahoo does not intend and will not be required to edit or review for accuracy or appropriateness any Licensor Content.

  • Yahoo will not alter or impair any acknowledgment of copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights of Licensor that may appear in the Licensor Content and the Licensor Brand Features, including all copyright, trademark and similar notices that Licensor may reasonably request.

  • In the event of non-compliance with any Compulsory Regime or Non-Compulsory Regime to which both parties become a member, Licensor shall have no obligation to supply and Licensee shall have no obligation to distribute the relevant Licensor Content in the applicable Territory.

  • Licensor acknowledges and agrees that such framing and/or navigational technology (including, without limitation, the DVR Functionality Tool Bar and the service guide), Customer Selected Overlays, themes and/or gamer tiles may overlay, underlay, interrupt, dim, modify and/or obscure the playback by the Customer of the audio and/or video of any Licensor Content.

  • Licensor will use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that the Licensor Content is accurate, comprehensive and updated regularly as set forth in Exhibit C.


More Definitions of Licensor Content

Licensor Content means, collectively, all materials, data, and similar information from the Licensor Site selected by Licensor for inclusion on Yahoo Cobranded Pages, of the categories listed in EXHIBIT B attached hereto.

Licensor Content means, collectively, all of the content and updates, software, and methods and functionality related to such content, provided or made available to Yahoo or its Affiliates by Licensor pursuant to this Agreement, and as further described and specified in Exhibit A under the heading --------- "Licensor Content--General Description." The term "Licensor Content" includes without limitation any and all audio and audiovisual materials, data, images, files, hypertext links, scripts and Enhancements provided or made available to Yahoo or its Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement, and all Teaser Content.
