Early Window Sample Clauses

Early Window. January, February and March Vacation Scheduling (effective commencing January 1, 2015) a) The Early Window Scheduling Procedure applies to vacations to be taken in the first three months of the vacation period. b) Prior to the first day of September of each year, the Company shall post a notice advising employees who wish to schedule all or a portion of their following year’s vacation in the months of January, February or March of the following year to contact their Group Manager by September 15th. c) By September 15th, any employee wishing to schedule all or a portion of his/her vacation in the months of January, February or March of the following year will record his/her preferred period of vacation on the vacation request form and submit it to his/her Group Manager. d) Between September 15th and September 30th, the Company will review the vacation preferences requested by the employees for the months of January, February and March. If operational requirements so permit, each employee that has submitted a request will be authorized to take his/her vacation by seniority, by shift, and by area within a department in accordance with his/her preference. If operational requirements do not permit, the Company will meet with the employee and the employee will supply alternate vacation date preferences to the Company for the months of January, February or March, to be selected by seniority, by shift, and by area within a department. The employee may elect to forego scheduling vacation during the months of January, February or Xxxxx and defer his/her vacation scheduling until the Main Vacation Scheduling Procedure. e) Employees that have submitted a request pursuant to this early window will be notified of the decision in writing regarding their vacation request by September 30th. f) Scheduling Vacation for January, February and March Outside of Early Window Employees may submit requests between January 1 and March 31 to schedule vacation in that period. Such vacation requests will be authorized on a first come first served basis, subject to operational requirements. Vacation requests must be submitted by the employee to his/her Group Manager (or designate) no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the day that has been requested. The Group Manager (or designate) will provide a response as soon as practicable and not later than the end of the shift prior to the day that has been requested.

  • Early Access Landlord shall allow Tenant early access to the Premises approximately forty five (45) days prior to LI Substantial Completion, provided that all of the following have occurred: (i) this Lease is fully executed and delivered by Landlord and Tenant; (ii) Tenant has paid to Landlord the first month’s Base Rent pursuant to Section 3.01 and the Security Deposit pursuant to Section 3.02; and (iii) Tenant has delivered to Landlord certificates evidencing all insurance required to be carried by Tenant hereunder and similar insurance coverage for any and all of Tenant’s vendors and/or contractors. Tenant’s early access period will be deemed to begin on the date that Landlord delivers written notice of the commencement of the early access period, subject to the conditions for early access above. Tenant’s failure to meet any of the conditions for early access shall not extend or delay the Commencement Date. The purpose of Tenant’s early access is only for Tenant to install racking and other improvements and for no other purpose. Tenant’s early access to the Premises shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Lease. However, early access of the Premises shall not advance the expiration date of this Lease. Tenant shall notify Landlord promptly upon commencing commercial operation of Tenant’s business at the Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Landlord and Tenant shall reasonably cooperate in order to ensure that Tenant’s early occupancy does not interfere with the work of Landlord or its contractors and in the event of any interference, Landlord shall have the right to immediately terminate Tenant’s early access rights and time lost due to such interference shall be considered a Tenant Delay. Any materials of Tenant or its contractors, agents or vendors stored in the Premises during such early access period shall be at Tenant’s sole risk and Landlord will have no obligation to secure the Premises prior to the Commencement Date. Tenant shall access the Premises during the period of early access at Tenant’s sole risk. Landlord shall not be liable for any destruction, theft, vandalism or any other damage to any personal property placed, kept or stored by or on behalf of Tenant or permitted to be placed, kept or stored by Tenant during any period of early access. Tenant may not operate out of the Premises until Landlord or Tenant, as applicable, has obtained a temporary or permanent Certificate of Occupancy permitting Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Uses. The early access period shall end upon the occurrence of the Commencement Date defined in Section 1.04.

  • Delivery Dates If the due date of any notice, certificate or report required to be delivered by the Manager hereunder falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the due date for such notice, certificate or report shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Delivery Period The successful bidder / contractor will require to sign an agreement with the Buyer within 30 days from the date of written intimation to this effect. Supply order / Job order will be issued against the said work. Please note that Contract can be cancelled unilaterally by the Buyer in case contracted items/services are not received within the contracted delivery period.

  • Base Term Commencing on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, the defined term “Base Term” on page 1 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Work Time Work time is defined as all hours actually spent in pay status including travel time required by and at the direction of the Employer before, during or after the regularly-assigned workday.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees. The parental leave of an employee who takes a pregnancy leave must begin when the pregnancy leave ends unless the child has not yet come into the care and control of the parent for the first time.

  • Delivery Date the date (or period) for delivery of the Goods or Services as specified and agreed in the Contract.

  • Lease Period The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 24 months, which commenced on September 28, 2021. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on August 29, 2022.
