Milieu Counselor. Contractor shall provide the program 1 FTE Milieu Counselor. Responsibilities shall focus on development, coordination, and implementation of the Behavior Support Plan. Staff in this position must be available to provide On-Call services, and is responsible for evaluating, developing, documenting and training direct care staff on the interventions outlined in the Behavior Support Plan. Milieu Counselor. Contractor shall provide 1 FTE Milieu Counselor positions for behavior consultation, credentialed as a CADC I/II. Staff in this position shall provide services to Individuals identified with substance use disorders and addictions. Responsibilities include development, coordination and implementation of counseling, education and treatment of addictions for Individuals and their identified support network, as well as ensuring direct care staff training. Contractor’s Milieu Counselor must be available to provide On-Call services, and is responsible for evaluating, developing, documenting and training. Milieu Counselor. Contractor shall provide two (2) FTE designated staff for duties as a Milieu Counselor. At least one of these staff shall be a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II. Persons in this position will have responsibilities to include:
