Coordination and Implementation. If opportunities for affordable on campus housing have been identified, the Parties agree to work together in good faith, and in coordination with the City of Redwood City or such other local and state regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over the development of student and employee housing and/or RedwoodLIFE:Evolve, to establish a framework and implementation plan for Xxxxxxxxxx to financially contribute to those opportunities, in order for such opportunities to have the best chance for success.
Coordination and Implementation. The Parties shall establish a Steering Committee, which shall:
1. Provide strategic leadership and direction. This includes:
(a) evaluate business opportunities for the establishment of collaborative international offices such as providing advice to the Parties on the locations, parameters and budgets for collaborative international offices;
(b) direction on the development and leadership of major collaborative initiatives; and
2. Review and provide progress reports on the results of work conducted under this Agreement, as requested by the Premiers of the Provinces. The Steering Committee shall consist of an Assistant Deputy Minister for each Party, or their designate. At a minimum, the Steering Committee shall report on progress to responsible ministers at least annually The Steering Committee shall appoint representatives to a Working Group. The Working Group shall provide direct support to the Steering Committee in the preparation and analysis of possible project collaboration and office collocation within the various international markets. Other officials from the Parties or from other organizations may be invited to assist the Working Group in its activities. Other working committees can be established as necessary by the Steering Committee.
Coordination and Implementation. The Parties shall establish a Steering Committee, which shall:
1. initiate and review innovation initiatives;
2. identify potential new initiatives to be developed for future consideration, including establishing processes to develop joint initiatives, manage approved initiatives, and monitor and report on progress of approved initiatives; and
3. provide joint reports on the results of work conducted jointly by the Parties, as requested by the Premiers of each of the Provinces. The Steering Committee shall consist of the Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for innovation for each of the Parties, or their designate. Other officials from the Parties or from other organizations may be invited by mutual agreement to assist the Steering Committee in its activities. The Steering Committee shall report on progress to responsible ministers at least annually. Any of the Parties may identify initiatives to be considered by the Steering Committee. Initiatives must be approved by the Steering Committee in order to proceed.
Coordination and Implementation. The Parties shall establish a Steering Committee, which shall:
1. initiate and review collaborative public procurement initiatives;
2. review progress on the work conducted under this Agreement; and
3. provide joint reports on the results of work conducted jointly by the Parties, as requested by the Premiers of the Provinces. The Steering Committee shall consist of the Assistant Deputy Minister responsible for government procurement for each of the Parties, or their designate. The Steering Committee shall report on progress to responsible ministers at least annually.
Coordination and Implementation. The entities responsible for the coordination and implementation of the actions described within the framework of this Agreement are: - For the Republic of Peru, the members of the Multisectoral standing working group against trafficking in persons (GTMPTP). - For the Plurinational State of Bolivia, the members of the Plurinational council against trafficking in and the smuggling of persons. - Following the entry into force of this Bilateral Agreement and within a period of 90 days, the Parties shall draw up a work plan in order to plan the activities required for its implementation, which shall be coordinated by the technical secretariats of the Multisectoral standing working group against trafficking in persons (GTMPTP) of Peru and the Plurinational council against trafficking in and the smuggling of persons of Bolivia.
Coordination and Implementation. 5.1 In the case of the People’s Republic of China, the coordination agency shall be the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MoHRSS). In the case of the Republic of Singapore, the coordination agency shall be the Ministry of Education (MOE).
5.2 Each Party shall designate an agency for implementing the Scheme, whose role will include, but is not limited to, dissemination of information on the Scheme to individuals wishing to participate in the Scheme, and to companies or other organisations, which could host interns.
5.3 The host companies and other organisations and interns shall abide by the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the host country.
Coordination and Implementation. The implementation of this MOU will be overseen by a Steering Committee that will:
1. Identify potential broad areas for collaboration and establish a prioritized work plan;
2. Approve initiatives to be pursued under the MOU;
3. Review and analyze the progress of previously approved activities under the MOU;
4. Identify potential new initiatives to be developed for future consideration under the MOU;
5. Establish processes to develop proposed joint future initiatives, manage approved initiatives and monitor and report on progress of approved initiatives;
6. Discuss energy issues; and
7. Provide joint reports on the results of work conducted under the MOU, as requested by the Ministers and/or Premiers of each of the Provinces. The Steering Committee will consist of the Deputy Ministers responsible for energy for each of the Provinces or their designate. Other officials from the Provinces or from other organizations may be invited by mutual agreement to attend all or portions of Steering Committee meetings to assist the Steering Committee in its activities. The Steering Committee will convene at least twice annually. Any of the Provinces may identify initiatives to be considered by the Steering Committee.
Coordination and Implementation a) The Parties shall jointly decide upon the details of collaborative initiatives carried out under this MoU. The Parties may establish a joint Committee comprising their representatives who are experts in matters related thereto, to discuss implementation of this MoU. The Committee will consist of representatives from both Parties. The eventually Committee meetings shall be chaired by representatives at the level of deputy minister from the Ministry of Mineral Resources, Greenland, and the Ministry of Land and Resources, China.
b) Other partners including those from the administration may be involved in the dialogue where relevant and appropriate
Coordination and Implementation. 3.1 A Saskatchewan/Alberta Steering Committee, co-chaired by the provinces’ Cabinet Secretaries, will be responsible for ensuring the intent of the Protocol is fulfilled, and for recommending any subsequent agreements to Premiers.
3.2 The Steering Committee will recommend management procedures for the Implementation of this or any subsequent agreement; and, may establish working groups for mutually agreed upon priority items. A work plan, including objectives, timelines and reporting and review mechanisms, will be developed by each working group.
Coordination and Implementation. The existing NASCO and NAITCP Boards will be responsible for ensuring the intent of this MOU is fulfilled and for recommending any future actions. The described work and action of this MOU will be carried out as per section 1.3 of this MOU. This MOU does not create any enforceable legal or equitable rights, or obligations, but merely acknowledges the intentions of the parties to pursue the amalgamation of their two entities as outlined in this MOU. This MOU does not imply any financial commitment by any of the undersigned.
