Common use of Military Duty Clause in Contracts

Military Duty. Any employee who has been called to military duty shall be granted a leave of absence for the duration of his/her service obligation. Thirty-one days of benefits shall be provided from the initial date of the leave. The employee shall reenter at the status where he/she departed.
