Military Reserve/Service Leave Sample Clauses

Military Reserve/Service Leave. Nurses who are members of any military reserve or service component of the armed forces of the United States are entitled to leave of absence without loss of pay for such time as provided by federal and state law. The Medical Center shall comply with all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations relating to leave and employment rights relating to Military Reserve and/or Service members.
