Common use of Military Reserve Training Clause in Contracts

Military Reserve Training. Employees who are members of the Ohio National Guard or members of reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States are entitled to leave of absence without loss of pay.

Military Reserve Training. Employees who are members of the Ohio National Guard Guard, the Ohio Defense Corp., the Ohio Naval Militia, or members of other reserve components of the Armed Forces of the United States are entitled to leave of absence from their duties at the College without loss of paypay for such time as they are in the military service, on field training, or active duties for periods not to exceed thirty‐one (31) days in any one calendar year.
