Common use of Minimum Observation Criteria Clause in Contracts

Minimum Observation Criteria. During each school year each employee shall be observed for the purpose of evaluation at least twice in the performance of his/her assigned duties. Total observation time for each employee for each school year shall be not less than sixty (60) minutes.
