Common use of Minimum Observation Criteria Clause in Contracts

Minimum Observation Criteria. During each school year the long form evaluation is used, each employee shall be observed in the performance of his/her assigned duties for the purpose of evaluation. Total observation time for each employee for each school year shall not be less than sixty (60) minutes. Prior notice of at least one (1) such observation shall be given to the employee in order that such employee may have the option of submitting to the evaluator the objective, methods, and materials planned.
