Minimum Salary Guidelines. The maximum number of years applicable under this Section shall be as shown on Appendix A for the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 appointment years. A Faculty Member promoted in rank shall receive credit for one-half of her/his years of service (rounded up to the nearest whole number) with the Board at UNI, in the new rank, for purposes of these minimum salary guidelines as applicable to full-time Faculty Members.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Compensation Recoupment Policy This Award shall be subject to any compensation recoupment policy of the Company that is applicable by its terms to you and to Awards of this type.
