Minimum Staffing Qualifications. Contractor shall comply with staffing requirements as are in Title 22, California Code of Regulations. Contractor shall have on file job description, including minimum qualifications for employment and duties performed for all personnel whose salaries, wages, and benefits are reimbursable in whole or in part under this contract.

Minimum Staffing Qualifications. Contractor shall have and maintain current job descriptions on file with the Department for all personnel whose salaries, wages, and benefits are reimbursable in whole or in part under this agreement. Job descriptions shall specify the minimum qualifications for services to be performed and shall meet the approval of the Department. Contractor shall submit revised job descriptions meeting the approval of the Department prior to implementing any changes or employing persons who do not meet the minimum qualifications on file with the Department.

Related to Minimum Staffing Qualifications

  • Upgrading Qualifications ‌ Where the Employer requires an employee to upgrade their skills or qualifications in order to operate or maintain new equipment, the cost of training and normal living and travel expenses as laid down in this agreement will be borne by the Employer.
