Common use of Minimum Staffing Clause in Contracts

Minimum Staffing. The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied.

(Effective July 1, 2011) The Employer agrees to employ sufficient registered staff and health care aides/ Personal Support Workers aides to meet the staffing needs that may be set from time to time by statute and/or regulation. In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied.

In the event that there is insufficient staffing to meet this undertaking, ,the Employer will post vacancies so that any unmet care undertaking will be satisfied. For purposes of this agreement and the benefits contained herein, including insurance coverage, dependent coverage is available to the employee to cover her or his same sex partner and their dependents, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plans.
