Minute Secretary. The position of Secretary shall be supplied by management and will be a non voting attendant, capable of providing accurate information on a timely and typed basis for distribution to all members, visitors, Management and noticeboards within three working days of meeting. Minute secretary will be supplied by management. The duties of the Minute Secretary are: issue copies to relevant personnel; receive agenda items prior to next meeting; timetable venue in order for meetings to proceed, and to coordinate requirements for visitors.
