Pursuant to this Series 2013-2 Supplement, the Issuers and the Indenture Trustee hereby create a new Series of Notes (the “Series 2013-2 Notes”), which consists of the Series 2013-2 Class A-1 Notes (as defined below), the Series 2013-2 Class A-2 Notes (as defined below) and the Series 2013-2 Class B Notes (as defined below), and specify the Principal Terms thereof.
Miscellaneous Provisions 12. 1 No waiver by either party of one or more defaults or breaches by the other party in the performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate or be construed as a waiver of any other or further default or breach, whether of a like or of a different character.
Miscellaneous Provisions 12. 1 The parties agree to execute any documents necessary or proper to carry out the purpose and intent of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, beneficiary designations.
