Participation of Third Parties. 1. The Parties may agree to the association of any other State with this Agreement.

Except as specified in paragraph 4.5.1, either party intending to use the support of any contractor or third party not identified in the Joint Work Plan to perform any of its obligations Under this Collaboration shall provide written notice to the other party at least thirty (30) Days in advance of any involvement of such contractor or third party with activities Under this Collaboration. If the party receiving such notice objects at any time to the use or involvement of such contractor or third party, the party providing such notice will not utilize or promptly cease utilizing the services of such contractor or third party to perform its obligations Under this Collaboration.
Participation of Third Parties. This partnership is open for third parties ready to share it aims and willing to participate from other countries both from intergovernmental, state, civil society and private sector. To be a full membership prior approval from existing parties shall obtain.
Participation of Third Parties. Either Party may be approached by one or more Third Parties desiring to participate in, or contribute to (including, without limitation, through the contribution of a Hematology Antigen Set), the development or commercialization of a particular Licensed Hematology Product (each such Third Party, a “Third Party Partner”). As set forth in Section 2.3, The Steering Committee must approve any agreement or arrangement with a Third Party Partner with respect to development activities relating to a particular Licensed Hematology Product, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

The Executive Committee may invite interested third parties, e.g. representative of SPHN, hospitals, industry, politics or international research institutions, but also employees of the individual Partners as permanent or non-permanent guests at the Executive Committee meetings. Invited third parties may be excluded from the discussion and voting procedures concerning certain issues. Third parties shall be bound to confidentiality.
2. Permanent and non-permanent guests shall not have the right to vote or move a motion.
Participation of Third Parties. 1. Any Participant may invite the participation of a third party in the joint program and/or activities being carried out under this Memorandum of Understanding upon obtaining the written acceptance of the other Participant.
2. Notwithstanding anything in point 1 above, the Participants will ensure that a third party participating in the joint programs and/or activities will comply with the terms and provisions that will be approved by the Participants to be applicable to the third party. Memorandum

The Participants will undertake to observe any confidentiality or secrecy of documents, information and any other data received or supplied to the other Participant during the period of the implementation of this Memorandum of Understanding or any Plan of Action concluded or entered into pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding.
2. Both Participants accept that the provisions of this Paragraph will continue to apply notwithstanding the termination of this Memorandum of Understanding. of Understanding
Participation of Third Parties. 8.1. The Client represents and acknowledges its participation in the Event aims to display its products and/or services and trademarks identifying those. The advertisement and promotion, directly or indirectly, for products and/or services of third parties not participating in the Event or who are not from the marked segment to which the Event is destined is prohibited.
8.2. Except for the provisions of this clause, the Client may share the stand area with the trademarks of its representatives, distributors, importers or exporters provided that, simultaneously: (i) the official connection between the Client and such third parties is evidenced; (ii) the display of the trademarks is necessary to supplement the Client’s products and/or services; (iii) Informa has previously and expressly authorized it at least 30 days before the beginning of the Event; (iv) the minimum limit (square meters) for each third party company is observed; and (v) the taxes due to Informa are paid.
8.3. Breach of the provisions of clause 8.2 above will enable Informa to remove the breaching products and materials, regardless of application of the fine for contract breach stated in clause 3.2 of this Agreement.
Participation of Third Parties. 11.1 Any third party, not already a Participant to this agreement, if the involvement of researchers and/or research institutions to which they provide funding and support can make a useful and significant contribution of knowledge, expertise, resources, facilities, etc., to the objectives of the e-ASIA JRP, may participate in this agreement with the express consent of all existing Participants and written confirmation to that effect to the secretariat.
11.2 The participation of the third party shall be considered to take immediate effect from the date of receipt by the secretariat of the written notification.
