Miscellaneous Service Bridge. For purposes of vacation eligibility, Movement of Personnel (including layoff), and service anniversary awards, all employees who are recalled or rehired by the Company will have prior net service recognized by the Company in accordance with the following: IF NCS Bridging Occurs If your break was six months or less Immediately upon rehire. You will not receive NCS for the period of break in service. Your break was more than six months, and When you complete two years of NCS you had at least six months of NCS when following your rehire. You will not receive you terminated employment. NCS for the period of break in service. You are laid off for a period of six months or Immediately upon rehire. You will also receive less, and you are rehired on a permanent NCS for the period of the layoff.
Miscellaneous Service Bridge. For purposes of vacation eligibility for calendar year 2003 and thereafter, all employees on the active roll or on the recall list as of the effective date of this Agreement, and who have been rehired by the Company in a classification eligible for vacation, all prior net credited service will be recognized by the Company for such purpose (but not for pension or any other purposes) after two (2) consecutive years of reemployment service.
