Mission Suitability (Volume I). Both management and technical information shall be included in the Mission Suitability Proposal. No cost data shall be included except for a schedule of wages, salaries and benefits. Information shall be precise, factual, current, detailed and complete. Offerors shall not assume that the Source Evaluation Board is aware of company abilities, capabilities, plans, facilities, organization or any other pertinent fact that is important to the accomplishment of the work. The evaluation will be based on the information presented in the oral and written presentation. The proposal must specifically address each listed evaluation sub-factor.

Mission Suitability (Volume I). The Mission Suitability factor indicates, for each Offeror, the merit or excellence of the work to be performed or product to be delivered. Information must be precise, factual, current, detailed and complete. Offerors must not assume that the evaluation team is aware of their company abilities, capabilities, plans, facilities, organization or any other pertinent fact that is important to the accomplishment of the work. (1) The evaluation will be based on the information presented in the proposal. The proposal must specifically address each listed evaluation subfactor. (2) The content of the Offeror’s Mission Suitability Proposal shall provide the basis for evaluation of the Offeror’s response to the management and technical requirements of the RFP. Offerors shall identify and discuss risk factors and issues throughout the proposal where they are relevant, and describe its approach to managing these risks. (3) If the SEB determines that a proposal does not adequately demonstrate that the Offeror will be able to perform the work with the resources proposed, the SEB may determine this to be a mission suitability weakness, adversely affecting the Offeror’s Mission Suitability scores, if appropriate. This integration between mission suitability findings and probable cost adjustments is critical to accomplishing cost realism. The Mission Suitability Proposal shall address the following subfactors:

  • Early and Safe Return to Work The Hospital and the Union are committed to a consistent, fair approach to meeting the needs of disabled workers, to restoring them to work which is meaningful for them and valuable to the Hospital, and to meeting the parties’ responsibilities under the law. To that end, the Hospital and the Union agree to cooperate in facilitating the return to work of disabled employees. The Employer and the Union agree that ongoing and timely communication by all participants in this process is essential to the success of the process. (a) At the regular HAC meeting or at least bi-monthly the Employer will provide an updated list of information to the bargaining unit president including the following: i) Nurses absent from work because of disability who are in receipt of Workplace Safety and Insurance Board benefits; ii) Nurses absent from work because of disability who are in receipt of Long Term Disability benefits including the last day worked; iii) Nurses who have been absent from work because of disability for more than twenty-four (24) months; iv) Nurses who are currently on a temporary modified work program; v) Nurses who are currently permanently accommodated in the workplace; vi) Nurses awaiting temporary modified work; vii) Nurses awaiting permanent accommodation in the workplace. (b) A disabled nurse returning to work from a disability including WSIB to a modified/light/alternative work program, will have a joint Return to Work Team (RTW) attend a return to work meeting. The RTW team will be comprised of the Bargaining Unit President or designate, the Occupational Health representative, the manager and Human Resources. If the Bargaining Unit President or designate attends RTW meetings on her day off, she / he will receive pay at straight time or time in lieu where possible for hours spent in RTW meetings. Such hours are invisible for the purposes of determining premium. L-2 The nurse will advise her manager and Occupational Health Services that she wishes to return to work. A disabled nurse who is ready to return to work will provide the Occupational Health Service with medical verification of her ability to return to work including information regarding any restrictions.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 8.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes. 8.2 It shall be the responsibility of each Party to program and update its own switches and network systems pursuant to information provided in the LERG in order to recognize and route traffic to the other Party’s assigned NXX codes. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, neither Party shall impose any fees or charges whatsoever on the other Party for such activities. 8.3 Unless otherwise required by Commission order, the Rate Center Areas will be the same for each Party. During the term of this Agreement, Onvoy shall adopt the Rate Center Area and Rate Center Points that the Commission has approved for Frontier within the LATA and Tandem serving area. Onvoy shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center Area unless otherwise ordered by the FCC, the Commission or another governmental entity of appropriate jurisdiction, or the LEC industry adopts alternative methods of utilizing NXXs. 8.4 Onvoy will also designate a Routing Point for each assigned NXX code. Onvoy shall designate one location for each Rate Center Area in which the Onvoy has established NXX code(s) as the Routing Point for the NPA-NXXs associated with that Rate Center Area, and such Routing Point shall be within the same LATA as the Rate Center Area but not necessarily within the Rate Center Area itself. Unless specified otherwise, calls to subsequent NXXs of Onvoy will be routed in the same manner as calls to Xxxxx’s initial NXXs. 8.5 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, nothing in this Agreement is intended, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed, to in any way constrain Onvoy’s choices regarding the size of the local calling area(s) that Onvoy may establish for its Customers, which local calling areas may be larger than, smaller than, or identical to Frontier’s local calling areas.

  • Storage Tanks If storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground storage tanks at the Project.

  • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models.
