Common use of Mobil Specific Terms Clause in Contracts

Mobil Specific Terms. (a) The following terms in this clause shall apply exclusively to work within the coverage of clause 32 on all Mobil sites that are Petrochemical Enterprises as defined. (b) The following clauses shall operate and be read in conjunction with clause 31 and the terms of Part A. Where there is any inconsistency, this clause shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
