Mobile Access. The Online Policies and Agreements apply when you access the Website using your mobile phone, smartphone, or other mobile device (each a "Mobile Device"). We will not charge you to access the Website using a Mobile Device or to receive an Email or phone call or text including SMS text Communications from us. However, your Mobile Device access service provider may charge you access rates and fees. To access the Website using your Mobile Device, the Website must support your Mobile Device as described in the Consent to Electronic Communications and Agreements.
Mobile Access. As part of the Service, we may make available to you a mobile app that allows Authorized Users to access information from and conduct certain transactions through Online Banking for Business from their mobile devices (“Mobile App”). Your end users may use biometric ID functionality to access the Mobile App. If your end users use the biometric ID functionality, you accept and will be legally bound by the legal terms for biometric ID functionality and the BioConnect license agreement, which can be found at the link below or obtained by contacting your Treasury & Payment Solutions representative. You represent and warrant that you have reviewed the legal terms and the license agreement. Mobile Access. MPB agrees to provide a service that allows Customer to access Account Balances, Transaction History, Account Transfers, Xxxx Pay, and upon approval, Deposit Capture on a mobile device (smart phone), through the Mobile App. The Mobile App is available for select mobile devices. MPB does not guarantee that all mobile devices and operating systems are compatible with System. To use this feature, Customer must have a supported mobile device that is compatible with the App, and a data plan for the mobile device that allows for Internet access. Customer is responsible for downloading App to their device, installing any and all periodic updates to App, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions Agreement of the App. Customer is responsible for maintaining the security of the mobile devices with the App, and to notify MPB immediately if Customer becomes aware of any loss, theft, or unauthorized access of information through the mobile device.

Mobile Access. FlySense™ has a responsive web portal and mobile app that allows for device set up, device adjustments/monitoring, scheduling subscribers, and customizing alert notifications. Smart sensor array detects vaping signatures and decibel level anomalies associated with bullying or fighting in real time, 24/7. Zero-delay, location-specific alert notifications on vape and sound incidents sent by SMS or email to designated school officials.

Mobile Access. If Mobile Access is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Access to: Transfer funds from your share and share draft accounts. Obtain balance information for your share and share draft accounts. Make loan payments from your share and share draft accounts. Determine if a particular item has cleared. Obtain tax information on amounts earned on share and share draft accounts or interest paid on loan accounts. Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Obtain or view your e-statements. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Access via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Access will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Access transactions may apply: There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions.
