Line Rental Charges definition

Line Rental Charges means our rental charges as amended from time to time in the Price List;
Line Rental Charges means the charges for Line rental as specified in the Charges.
Line Rental Charges means the monthly subscription charge for your Tariff per SIM Card.

More Definitions of Line Rental Charges

Line Rental Charges means the non-usage dependent part of the Charges. “Minimum Period” has the meaning set out in the relevant terms and conditions under Part B. “Network Operator” means the network operator who operates the wireless network or networks to which the SIM Cards are connected and from whom Airtime is procured by Bamboo for the benefit of the Customer. “Numbers” means the telephone numbers allocated to Bamboo by the Network Operator and in turn allocated by Bamboo to SIM Cards and used by the Customer to access the Services. “Price List” means the descriptions of and the list of prices and tariffs which are charged to customers for the Services. “RPI” means the all-items percentage increase figure of the Index of Retail Prices published by the Office of National Statistics or any official index replacing the same. “Sales Order” means a request by the Customer for Services or a change or variation in respect of the same (but not a disconnection) which should be submitted using the Sales Order form as made available to the Customer by Bamboo and/or that converted into a Sales Order through the Bamboo Helpdesk. “Service Period” means the period commencing on the Commencement Date during which period the Services will be provided by Bamboo to the Customer pursuant to this Agreement. “Services” means the provision by Bamboo to the Customer of Airtime, Equipment, Additional Services, and/or the Value Added Services or any other services which Bamboo may from time to time provide. “SIM Card" means the subscriber identity module supplied by the Network Operator (and which shall at all times remain the property of the Network Operator), which is allocated to the Customer by Bamboo, and which contains the Number. “Software” means any software (excluding End-User Licensed Software) supplied to the Customer by Bamboo, the Network Operator or any other supplier under the terms of or in respect of this Agreement which shall be on the terms of a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence and which software is to be used for the sole purpose of operating the Equipment in order to be able to obtain the Services. “Termination Notice” means the notice to terminate this Agreement which should be submitted using the Termination Notice form made available to the Customer by Bamboo. “Termination Fee” means the fee which may be payable on termination of this Agreement as specified in this Agreement or as reasonably specified by Bamboo from time to time (including, without limitation, any ...

Related to Line Rental Charges

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Excess Rent means the excess of (a) all consideration received by Tenant from a Transfer over (b) Rent payable under this Lease after deducting reasonable tenant improvements paid for by Tenant, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other reasonable out-of-pocket costs paid by Tenant as a result of the Transfer (but specifically excluding any Rent paid to Landlord while the Premises is vacant).

  • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Ground Rent means any rent, additional rent or other charge payable by the tenant under the Ground Lease.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Additional Charge means a charge in accordance with Canon’s Current Rate; Additional Services means any service in addition to the Services to be provided by Canon under clause 21; Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the place where the Products or Services are being supplied;

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.
