MODE OF EMPLOYMENT. a) Employees may be engaged on a full-time or fixed term/seasonal basis. b) A full-time employee is one who is engaged for an average of 38 ordinary hours per week plus reasonable additional hours on an ongoing basis. c) A fixed term/seasonal employee is one who is engaged for a fixed period or for the duration of a specific project or work requirement and has the same conditions as a full-time employee. d) The nature and classification of employment are detailed in Appendices A and B.
