Modified Duties. 22.01 When it has been determined that an employee will be returning to work on a modified/light/alternate work program, the Employer will provide an opportunity for a representative of the Ontario Nurses' Association and a member of the local executive to discuss the circumstances surrounding the employee's return to work. An employee's return to work will not be delayed because of the unavailability of a Labour Relations Officer (LRO) or a member of the local executive.
