Monitoring development. During the development phase of the Deliverable, the Client will enable the Company reasonably to monitor the development to determine whether it is in conformity with the Specification and will provide the Company with any access codes required. 1. The Client’s Responsibilities: Before any support request is made to the Company, the Client shall attempt to identify the cause of the given problem. 2. Nature of the problem: The Client shall provide as much information as possible about the nature of the problem and its reproducibility. It shall also include the Severity level assigned to the problem by the Client (acting reasonably). As above, the Company’s reasonable determination of the Severity level is definitive in case of disagreement. 3. Reproducible Problems: Any problem support is limited to problems reproducible by the Client in relation to Deliverables supplied by the Company. 4. When and How the Company will respond toRequests for Problem Resolution”: A support engineer from the Company will respond to the Client’s request for problem resolution based on the case Severity level, as described below.
