Effective Date of Discipline. Discipline imposed pursuant to this section shall not be effective until either (a) the employee waives or does not request a Xxxxxx hearing within ten (10) calendar days of receiving Notice of the intended disciplinary action; or, (b) the date that the Xxxxxx Hearing Officer provides Notice of their determination after hearing in the Notice of Final Disciplinary Action to the employee, whichever is later.
