Monthly Dues List Remittance. Each month the Employer shall provide the union a PDF list with the following information for all bargaining unit employees that will accompany the dues and COPE payment to the union. This list shall include all employees who have had union dues and COPE deductions for the month in which the report is prepared. This list shall include the following information: • First and last name • Dues deduction amount per pay period • COPE deduction amount per pay period • Check location • Social Security Number
