Common use of MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS. The parties to this Agreement recognize the necessity for cooperation and communication between Labor and Management, the elimination of disputes and misunderstandings and the resolution of unfair practices on the part of any party. To this end, the parties agree to participate in monthly labor/management meetings to address apprenticeship utilization, job progress, and any other relevant issues that will affect the Project(s) and promote harmonious and stable labor/management relations.

MONTHLY LABOR/MANAGEMENT MEETINGS.
