Monthly Payments for Employees. The Employer shall pay an amount not to exceed the monthly premiums for the lowest cost managed care plan offered through ACSHIC. If the employee selects a higher cost plan, the employee shall pay the difference in premiums. The lowest cost managed care plan shall be determined on the basis of the monthly premium for family coverage.
