TRANSACTION SLIPS. Your periodic statement will identify the merchant, electronic terminal location, or financial institution at which transactions were made, but sales, cash advances, credit or other slips cannot be returned with each statement. You must retain the copy of such slips furnished at the time of each transaction in order to verify the transactions listed on your statement. You agree to pay a reasonable fee for photocopies of transaction slips that you request.

TRANSACTION SLIPS. Except for mail-in transactions and certain small-value transactions, You can get a receipt at the time You make any transaction to or from Your Account through the use of Your Card. When an electronic fund transfer has been made during any given month, You will receive a monthly statement to reflect all electronic fund transfers to or from Your Account during that statement period. In any case, You will receive a statement at least quarterly. FEES. We may assess reasonable charges against Your Account for transactions performed at electronic terminals. If so, We will specify any charges for these or other types of electronic transactions, including automatic transfers, on an accompanying pricing document. We will explain the charges to You when You open Your Account. You will be provided with a fee schedule, and other specified information after Your Account is established. Additional fee schedules are available at any of Our office locations. When You use an ATM not owned by Us, You may be charged a fee by the ATM operator, or any network used, and You may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if You do not complete a fund transfer.

You are subject to claims and defenses (other than tort claims) arising out of goods or services I purchase with the Card, only if I have made a good faith attempt but have been unable to obtain satisfaction from the plan merchant, and (a) my purchase was made in response to an advertisement you sent or participated in sending me; or (b) my purchase cost more than $50 and was made from a plan merchant in my state or within 100 miles of my current mailing address. I must resolve any other dispute directly with the plan merchant. FOREIGN TRANSACTIONS Purchase and Cash Advances I make in foreign countries and in foreign currencies will be billed to me in U.S. dollars. The exchange rate between transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is a rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central process- ing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives; or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. PAYMENTS MARKEDPAID IN FULL” You may accept checks or other types of payment which are marked “payment in full” or use other language to indicate full satisfaction of any indebtedness, without being bound by such language or waiving any rights under this Agreement. Full satisfaction of indebtedness shall be accepted by you only in a written agreement, signed by an authorized representative.

Rates may vary from the rate MasterCard itself receives or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. The conversion rate may be different than the rate on the day of the transaction or date of the posting of the Account. When a credit to the Account does not fully offset a charge to the Account due to changes in the rate, I am responsible for the differences.
