Common use of Motor Vehicle Allowance Clause in Contracts

Motor Vehicle Allowance. An employee who by agreement with PWC uses their own vehicle on PWC’s business will be paid an allowance at the rate specified in Schedule 2. This allowance will include compensation for comprehensive, third party and public liability insurance, and the employee will indemnify PWC against any liability with respect to any claim brought against it for which the employee is indemnified under any such insurance.
