MOU OVERTIME FOR BATTALION CHIEFS. This Article outlines the rates and methods by which Battalion Chiefs receive overtime compensation. Overtime compensation is payment in the form of cash or banked time. No employee shall work for overtime compensation without prior approval of a supervisor consistent with Department policy.
