Moving Tenant's Property. Any and all damage or injury to the Premises or the Building caused by moving the property of Tenant into or out of the Premises, or due to the same being on the Premises, shall be repaired by Landlord, at the expense of Tenant. Tenant shall promptly remove from the Common Area any of Tenant's furniture, equipment or other property there deposited.

Thereafter, Tenant shall give Landlord at least five (5) days' notice (oral or written) prior to moving any bulky furniture, equipment, or other materials into or out of the Premises so that Landlord may again observe and generally supervise the moving. In no event, however, shall Landlord be responsible for any damages to or charges for moving the same. Tenant shall promptly remove from the Common Area any of Tenant's furniture, equipment or other property which it deposits there.
