Mowing. Lessee shall mow the playing fields on a substantially weekly basis during the season. The Parks Division Manager can mow the fields and charge Lessee at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour for each man and machine used, provided that the Parks Division Manager: (1) determines the need for mowing;
